PUP Fest

  • June 8, 2024 | 1 pm | Bryan Adams High School
  • PUP Fest is a collaborative program with Junior Players, Kitchen Dog Theater, and Dallas ISD - Playwriting Arts Collective (D-PAC) for high school playwrights, where we bring 6 incredible scripts written by teens to life.

Discover Runway Dance

  • June 28 & 29, 2024 | 8:15pm
  • Discover Runway Dance is a new production that threads the components of our fashion runway work with elements of tenacious and elegant dance techniques. This artistic partnership will empower young voices through a myriad of dance genres to create an immersive platform for fashion runway, rhythm, and movement. This work is designed to explore and showcase the theme of LEGACY and features North Texas' most talented high school dancers and models in a one-of-a-kind performance. The central goal of this production is to highlight their conversations through garments and dance works centered around the younger’s generations dreams. This is sure to be an engaging arts experience for both youth performers and audiences to explore passing the baton for the next catalysts of social change. As our young models and dancers learn advanced skills in in the respective art forms, they also invite you to learn about the footprint they aim to cement through the fabric of art.

Much Ado About Nothing

  • July 30 – August 4, 2024 | 8 pm | Samuell-Grand Amphitheatre
  • In Shakespeare's play, Much Ado About Nothing, power defies legacy. In the show about misunderstanding: greed, jealousy, and deception intend on foiling the love of young courtship. This comedic play unfolds as Leonato, leader of Spain, awaits the arrival of Don Pedro of Aragon and his victorious army of Portuguese soldados (soldiers), Benedick and Claudio. Claudio falls in love with the innocent Hero while Benedick has a fiery battle of wits with the feisty Beatrice. Meanwhile, El Bastardo, Don John, plans to ruin the upcoming wedding between Claudio and Hero after living under the shadow of the beloved Don Pedro. “Donde hay poder surgen la codicia, los celos, el engaño y el amor.”

The Lightning Thief

  • January 9 - 12, 2025 | 8 pm | Moody Performance Hall
  • This dynamic musical adaptation of Rick Riordan's bestselling book opened on Broadway in 2019. When teenager Percy Jackson discovers he's a demigod, he and his friends embark on an epic journey to find Zeus' missing lightning bolt and prevent a war among the gods.
