Andrew Fleming, Secretary
Andrew Fleming is a Senior Vice President at Scion Underwriting, where he leads the excess transportation product and brings more than a decade of experience in business management, public speaking, and fundraising. A Dallas native, Andrew earned dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from Michigan State University before returning home to serve with the Alumni Service Corps at Jesuit Dallas. It was through that experience, and the mentorship of the community service department—that he deepened his commitment to civic engagement and youth-focused organizations.
Andrew has been an active member of the Junior Players community for many years, contributing as a Young Professionals leader, volunteer, and donor. He credits Junior Players with helping him grow as a fundraiser and advocate for arts education, and he is passionate about giving that same support back to the organization that shaped him. Beyond Junior Players, Andrew is involved with the Texas Surplus Lines Association, the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture, and TACA (The Arts Community Alliance). He is dedicated to strengthening Dallas’ cultural ecosystem and ensuring young people have access to transformative arts experiences.
