Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy: All ticket sales are final. There are no ticket refunds once a transaction has been completed for all productions and events with Junior Players. However, we understand that emergencies arise, including injury, illness, or family emergencies. In these instances, we have the below Ticket Exchange policy to assist you.
To Request a Ticket Exchange:
- Requests must be made 24 hours prior to the requested date change and are only eligible for tickets at the same pricing level.
- Email abby@juniorplayers.org with the name of your reservation and the new date you would like your tickets moved to.
- Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production only.
- Exchanged tickets are subject to new ticket availability. Junior Players cannot guarantee that there will be seats available for the desired performance but will make every effort to accommodate your request.
