So over our month together we have focused on learning how to read the text as actors for the clues Shakespeare has provided the actor in the text. This includes breath, sound and meaning. We have also focused on different ways to find variety in a set speech or monologue. Finally, I introduced numerous ways to warm up the actor instrument - body, voice, speech.
