We are excited to bring back our DPAC Playwriting Workshops! This year we have 2 workshops featuring two different local playwright instructors to learn the tips and tricks of the trade from! Our first workshop has concluded but there's still time to sign up for our second below!

Featuring local playwright, Erin Malone Turner!
Erin Malone Turner is a NOLA-born / DTX-based playwright, actor, & producer. Her plays have been commissioned/developed/produced by Kitchen Dog Theater, Bishop Arts Theatre Co., Undermain Theatre, Amphibian Stage, Echo Theatre, & Soul Rep Theatre. She has been a member of two local, inaugural playwriting cohorts: BATC's First Move (2022) & Second Thought Theatre's Thought Process (2024). Her work has been nominated for Best Play in The Irma P. Hall Black Theatre Awards & the BroadwayWorld Dallas Awards. She will be a Summer Artist-in-Residence at Arts Mission Oak Cliff. Her work can be found on NPX.
