The Barry's At-Home private workout is a high intensity interval training class. The bodyweight-only format consists of 45 minutes of various resistance based movements to strengthen and tone your muscles, combined with short bursts of cardiovascular work to condition your heart. The workout is finished with a cool-down stretch & a few moments to chat with the instructor for a 360 experience.
