Discover Dance Workshop

Join Junior Players for our Discover Dance Workshop! This workshop will provide students with an overview of dance techniques and styles and will be taught by local professional choreographer, Ani Vera. All students who attend this workshop will receive an automatic callback for our upcoming dance production, Discover Runway Dance: From Street to Chic.

This workshop will take place from 1 pm to 3 pm on April 6, 13, 20, and 27 at Dallas College (Richland campus) and is open to all current 9th through 12th graders.

Space is limited so be sure to fill out the form below to register by March 29, 2024 in order to participate in this phenomenal workshop!

Discover Shakespeare Workshop

Join Junior Players for our Discover Shakespeare Workshop! This workshop will provide students with an overview of mechanics behind Shakespeare’s works and will feature a small performance open to family and friends on the final day of the workshop from 3 pm - 4 pm! All students who attend this workshop will receive an automatic callback for our summer Shakespeare production, Much Ado About Nothing!

This workshop will take place from 1 pm to 4 pm on April 6, 13, 20, and 27 at First Presbyterian Church of Dallas (1835 Young St, Dallas, TX 75201) and is open to all current 9th through 12th graders.

Transformation Dance Residency Festival

Our Dance Residency Festival is officially back in person for the first time in 4 years!
This dance residency program features students from 13 Middle and High Schools across North Texas, some of whom will be performing live at this festival! These talented young participants paired real life stories of the things they see most affecting their communities with our professional choreographers to create dance and movement pieces to reflect the challenges and champions they wish to express.
