KEVIN WILLIAMS
Kevin Williams is currently a HR leader for Toyota North America. He and his team oversee HR operations and support for teams at Toyota’s North American headquarters in Dallas. Prior to Toyota he spent 5 years with Brinker International holding many HR leadership roles. Most recently he lead the company’s center of excellence overseeing HR strategy and execution. He resides in Dallas, Texas where he has lived for the last 13 years. He began his career in retail management before transitioning into human resources. Prior to joining Brinker, he gained extensive HR generalist experience with Countrywide Home Loans and Office Depot. He holds a BBA from Midwestern State University and a MBA from the University of Dallas. He has a passion around creating inclusive environments where every team member can be authentic and has the opportunity reach their full potential.
