Andrew McMillan
Andrew McMillan is an Associate Consultant in Human Resources at People Performance Resources, a full-service strategic Human Resources Consulting Firm. Andrew graduated with a B.A. in Biology from Austin College in Sherman, Texas in May 2016. After graduation, Andrew worked in hospitality management for a year prior to joining People Performance Resources. Andrew is currently in the Masters of Strategic Human Resource Management program at University of Southern California, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2020. In addition to full-time work and study, Andrew is pursuing a SHRM-CP HR Certification.
Beyond work and studies, Andrew is involved in Dallas Regional Chamber’s Young Professionals group. He was a member of Lead YP through Dallas Regional Chamber in 2019, and he recently completed the 9-month Communities Foundation of Texas Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy Program, the organization’s 2nd annual cohort. Andrew also serves as a member of United Way’s Emerging Leaders’ Steering Committee.
Andrew and his partner, Jazmin Kelly, are both advocates for the arts and understand the positive impact it has on both the youth and the community. Andrew was in theatre during his senior year of high-school and Jazmin grew up dancing. They now both enjoy attending any types of arts event in Dallas and Fort Worth.
