MATT TOMLANOVICH
Mr. Tomlanovich holds an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. In addition to his work with Junior Players, he is an adjunct assistant professor of theater at the University of North Texas. In 2001/02, he was a visiting professor at the University of Utah and was previously on the SMU Theater Faculty. Directing credits include; in New York: No Exit, One for the Road, Whispering Grass, and A Conversation; In L.A.: Bad Boy, Hosana and Forensic and The Navigators; In Dallas: Romeo and Juliet, Quad C, Red Noses and Dark Ride, both with SMU. Acting credits include; Off-Broadway: Antigone, The Hostage, and Uncle Vanya; Regional credits: Twelfth Night, The Three Sisters; Dallas credits: Cyrano de Bergerac, Plano Rep, Much Ado About Nothing, Classical Acting Company, The Complt Wrks of William Shkspr at Shakespeare Festival of Dallas and Waiting for Godot at Kitchen Dog Theater. He directed Junior Players' 2000 production of Twelfth Night, 2001 production of Much Ado About Nothing, 2002 production of As You Like It, 2003 hip-hop production of Romeo and Juliet, and 2004's 80's rock-n-roll style A Midsummer Night's Dream. He has also been an instructor for Junior Players' Advanced Acting Workshops.
